By accessing aurixai.live or engaging Aurix AI ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Aurix AI provides AI automation, business systems and growth services. Deliverables, timelines and fees for engagements are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work.

2. Use of website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse it, or use any content without permission.

3. Intellectual property

All content, code, branding and materials on this site remain the property of Aurix AI or its licensors. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement contract.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in your proposal. Invoices are due on the terms agreed. Late payment may pause services until resolved.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the notice period stated in the applicable contract. Fees accrued up to termination remain payable.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
